Terms of Service

By creating an account or using wuz.lol, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use wuz.lol.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person or use a username you have no right to use.

You agree not to use wuz.lol to:

• Upload or link to illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Distribute malware, spam, or attempt to disrupt or overload the service.
• Circumvent access controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant wuz.lol a limited license to host, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating the service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and must have the rights to it.

Files you upload to the image host are served publicly by URL. Do not upload content you are not permitted to distribute. We may remove any file and suspend hosting access for violations of these terms.

Paid plans (including premium, lifetime, image host, and redeemed codes) grant access to the corresponding features. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain.

Redeem codes are provided at our discretion, may have usage limits and expiry dates, and have no cash value. Codes obtained fraudulently or shared in violation of their intended use may be invalidated.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or conduct that harms the service or other users. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, wuz.lol is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of wuz.lol after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
